1. Who we are

Agenticus ("we", "us", "our") is operated by 8a Solutions Ltd, based in London, UK. We build custom AI agents for businesses, and operate agenticus.pro.

2. Two different roles we play with your data

This matters, so it's worth being upfront about: we handle personal data in two different capacities, depending on where you encountered us.

a) When you interact with agenticus.pro directly

If you chat with a demo agent on this site, or submit your details to enquire about a build, we are the data controller — we decide what's collected and why, and this policy governs that data directly.

b) When you interact with an AI agent we've built for one of our clients

If you're chatting with an AI agent on a business's own website (one we've built for them), that business is the data controller, and we act as their data processor — we host the infrastructure and store the data on their behalf, under their instructions, not our own. Any questions about how that business uses your data should go to them directly, not us.

3. What we collect

Through our chat agents (whether on agenticus.pro or a client's site), we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (only if you choose to provide it — always optional)
• The content of your conversation with the agent
• For booking-type agents: which appointment slot you selected

We only collect this when you provide it in conversation — our agents are designed to ask for these details naturally, not through a separate form, and never fabricate information you haven't given.

4. Why we collect it

• To follow up on enquiries about building an AI agent for your business
• Where we're a processor for a client, to allow that business to follow up on their own leads/customers
• To improve the quality and accuracy of our agent templates

5. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We rely on:

• Consent — you volunteer your details in conversation with the agent
• Legitimate interests — following up on genuine business enquiries you've initiated

6. Where your data is stored

Data is stored using Cloudflare's D1 database service, and dashboards used to view it are password-protected. We do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use it to train any third-party AI models beyond what's needed to generate the agent's replies during your conversation.

7. How long we keep it

We retain lead data for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted unless you've become an active client.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to how we're using it

9. ICO Registration

8a Solutions Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration reference ZC213523. You can verify this at ico.org.uk/ESDWebPages/Search.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and roughly where traffic comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this, which may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behaviour on this site.

This data is processed by Google and is used to help us improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the personal data collected through our chat agents (name, email, etc.).

Google Analytics is never active until you accept it via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer, or opt out separately using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. 11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
