Terms of Use | Agenticus Last updated: 08 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using agenticus.pro, including its demo agents, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we offer

Agenticus builds custom AI agents for businesses, based on a library of working templates (customer support, lead qualification, appointment booking, and others). This website lets you browse those templates, try live working demos, and enquire about a custom build.

3. The demos are demos

Agents on this site (in the template catalog and the "Contact Support" chat) are real, working AI agents — not scripted mockups. However:

4. AI-generated responses

Our agents use AI to generate replies. While we design and test them carefully, AI-generated text can occasionally be inaccurate or phrased unexpectedly. Nothing an agent says on this site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee — actual build engagements are governed by a separate agreement/quote, not by anything a demo agent says in conversation.

5. Client build engagements

If you commission a custom AI agent build from us, that engagement is governed by a separate agreement (a quote, statement of work, or contract) between you and 8a Solutions Ltd — these Terms of Use cover the website only, not the terms of any build project.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of agenticus.pro belong to 8a Solutions Ltd unless otherwise stated. Template code delivered as part of a paid build becomes the client's to use for their own business, per the terms of that specific engagement.

7. No warranty

This website and its demos are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site or any demo agent will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8a Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its demo agents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Third-party services

This site relies on third-party infrastructure (including AI providers and cloud hosting) to power its agents. We choose these providers carefully, but aren't responsible for their availability or performance beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
